Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

All parts are produced on a made-to-order basis and can take up to 10 working days to ship from the order date.
Shipping costs are stated on all orders.
The shipping address provided at checkout will be used unless otherwise stated.
Once a label has been created additional shipping fees will apply to change the shipping address.

Returns and Refund Policy:

All standard items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order. In cases of a change of mind, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Parts must be returned in a resalable condition with no damage or signs of fitting.
When requesting a return, the reason for return must be stated.
To initiate a return, reach out to us via the Contact Us form above.
Once the part is received and the condition is verified, a refund will be issued.
Speed Chaser will not cover the return postage costs unless the part is faulty.
Custom parts or parts with custom dimensions are not eligible for return unless the part is determined to be faulty.
